*You can write short blog posts, memories, life lessons, poems and thoughts.

*You can read books ( specially books on biographies, spirituality, nature and writing)

*Light photography is also a good idea, you can use your photos for your blog and other writings.

*You can solve Crossword puzzles, Sudoku, play chess, or simple brain games

Gentle Digital Time
*You can join some online courses with IGNOU, Udemy, Coursera, open University, and many onther online free courses.

*You can learn something new on YouTube ( related to history, music, spirituality and knowledge)

*You can share your writings on Medium and blogspot for name and fame.

*Listen to old songs, bhajans, or soft instrumental music.

Heart & Soul Care
*Meditation or quiet prayer

*Help others: guide younger people with your experience

*Talk to friends or relatives regularly—even short calls matter
