5. Please note that early to bed and early to rise makes a human healthy, wealthy and wise.
6. We should avoid overweight. We must eat only which is required for good health.
7. We should keep the process of learning, reading and socializing.
8. We should keep working and doing something good. We should not retire as it stows down our body.
9. We should be the boss of our own life. We should not allow others to spoil it.
10. Exercise, quit smoking and eat less fatty foods for good health.
11. We should not worry about health and death, just get on with our life and enjoy it at the fullest.
