Happy mantra


Since, I am a single widower so I keep myself happy and engaged. I just follow 10 Simple Habits which makes me happy.

1. Every morning, firstly I maky a program, how to utilise the day in best way.

2. I just read the news paper to know latest news,.

3. Plan a visit for some natural places around me. Love the lap of nature where water, hills and forest are present.

4. I love non tradition Spiritual activities like meditation and yoga etc.

5. I love to listen music.

6. Non professional Photography, just for fun.

7. I care those who cares for me,.

8. Daily evening walk.

9. Love wine and beer but whisky and Rum also according to need of weather.

10. Memories of my dear ones make me happy and emotional.
